The staff was very helpful and friendly, I really appreciated their assistance. Tatiana took time with us to assure our stay was great, I am grateful. The location is in a somewhat run down area, I did notice. The highlights were a very short walk, which I liked.
The hotel advertised that it offers parking, I saw that. In reality, there were no spaces available, it was disappointing. This was one of the main reasons I chose this place. I had to park in a private lot far away, this was a bummer.

the breakfast included a decent variety. the reception staff were professional and ready to assist.
the air conditioning was not effective and the room never cooled down. the bathroom fan was quite loud and i found it impossible to turn it off completely. the shower design was flawed and water leaked all over the floor each time i used it.

Breakfast included several choices. I found the location convenient for accessing transportation.
My room smelled strongly of stale water I believe it came from the minibar cabinet. It took nearly an hour for staff to move me to another room. I also noticed considerable noise from other guests in the hallway early in the morning.
