Acceptable, but with some significant issues
sticky shower curtain unreliable breakfast
The location was very convenient. It was a short walk from the train station and the ferry.
My room had a couple of problems. The shower had a curtain that kept sticking to me. Breakfast service was not reliable, the restaurant never opened on time.

clear directions scenic views
the hotel provided clear directions from the train station. the walk to the hotel included scenic views (i liked that).
My room lacked a desk chair. This was a small inconvenience.
