excellent stay with superb service

helpful staffcava bottle

the staff were very helpful. i hired beach towels and they thoughtfully provided a carry bag and a separate bag for wet clothes. the rooms are quite clean and well presented since the hotel is relatively new. a complimentary cava bottle upon arrival was also a nice touch.

Everything was REALLY clean and tidy. The staff helped me when i booked one day less than needed! They gave us another room for the next night. They EVEN moved our luggage to the new room, so thoughtful!

The setup to reach my room was a little weird. i needed to go up stairs, then down two sets of stairs.

The staff was super attentive. My room included a complimentary bottle of water and Cava. The reception area provided free coffee, tea, and water throughout the day I thought that was really nice.

My room had a peculiar setup I had to go up some stairs, then down two sets. The room had no windows, except those overlooking a small interior terrace I didn't like that. I think smoking isn't allowed even on the balcony.

The hotel has a great location! It is near Catalunya, but it was silent at night. The hotel offered coffee and water. This was very convenient.

The bathroom door didn't have a latch. This made it hard to close correctly.

I appreciated the facility size. It was like a boutique hotel! The lobby had a very pleasant aroma. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bedroom was large and clean, just as I expected! I stayed in a ground floor executive room. The coffee station's muffins were a nice touch!

The room setup was a bit odd. I had to go upstairs and then down two sets of stairs. It was only a minor inconvenience.
