tiny windowmissing soap
I wasn't thrilled with the room. The window was ridiculously tiny and faced a side wall. i felt a little claustrophobic. also, there was no soap in the shower, which i found surprising for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

i found the room very clean and spacious. the breakfast had a massive buffet. it was very convenient with a metro entrance outside the front door. the location was very convenient for travel, especially the proximity to the metro.

The reception staff was helpful and friendly. They assisted with directions and provided information about local attractions. housekeeping services were provided daily. The room was cleaned thoroughly. they also promptly addressed any requests i made.

i found the location ideal, especially with easy access to the metro for exploring the city. the staff were cute and helpful (they always had a smile!). breakfast had so many delicious options available, including fresh fruit and pastries. the room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable.
I noticed the window in my room was quite small. It didn't let in much natural light.

the staff was helpful and kind answering my questions with a smile i found the room comfortable and clean the beds were nice and not too soft reaching pr commercio or baixa took only a short metro ride it connects well to both the airport and the city centre
i noticed that the room lacked slippers for use

the area felt safe and had many bars restaurants and shops the metro station is right in front of the building the red line runs from the airport i had access to the blue line.
