the staff were really helpful , and i loved how friendly they were. my room was cleaned every single day , which i super appreciated. i thought the bed was really comfortable , so i slept great.
the air conditioning really did not work well , it was quite hot in the room at night. i also noticed there was no kleenex available , which i needed. there were no hand towels provided , which was inconvenient.

I found the location quite convenient with the metro nearby. staff members were friendly and ready to assist. underground parking was available and convenient. the neighborhood felt safe. I was able to easily reach grocery stores like lidl.
I noticed the room lacked soundproofing. Noise from the hallway was sometimes bothersome.

the location is excellent for exploring. the area felt safe. free street parking was available during the week which helped a lot. the room size was worth the price.
the room was small. there were no wardrobes for clothes. the bathrooms lacked space for personal items. there was no place for clothes.

Wonderful Hotel Experience

I found the staff excellent. They gave us everything we needed, like extra pillows. They knew perfect English. The bed was very comfortable, and we had space. Hotel remain clean, and the staff remain friendly. The staff remain helpful.
Air conditioning was difficult to control. Cast on tv did not work properly.

Location are nice, near the subway stations. It is in walking distance to the center. A Lidl are across the street for shopping needs. Several cafes are close by.

Breakfast was very good, and had fresh orange juice. I also liked the fresh Pastéis de Nata. There was many things to choose from every morning. The hotel gave a discount on the breakfasts.

The hotel offer many options of lockers. I could make self payment if I needed to store my luggage. This was useful when I arrived early and left late. Everything was simple.

The room attend all our expectations. The room were clean and organized. Double window kept street noises away. The blackout curtain was good for sleeping in the morning.
