convenient supermarket excellent breakfast limited storage ironing facilities
The hotel had a supermarket right across the street, it was very convenient. the breakfast was also excellent. I loved the variety of options available there.
Hanging storage in the room was very limited, i could barely hang my clothes. also, there were no ironing facilities at all. I needed to request an ironing board.

missing toiletries no minibar
The location proved convenient, particularly with the metro nearby.
The room lacked basic amenities! There was no mini bar. It was quite inconvenient. toiletries were absent, a detail often taken for granted. I EXPECTED more for what I paid.

fantastic stay, great service!
comfortable bed clean sheets tidy room helpful staff
The king-sized bed was comfortable with very clean sheets. i found my room surprisingly tidy. I couldn't find any litter. the staff was very nice and helpful. They provided a kettle for tea in my room. breakfast was delicious, and the waiters were attentive ensuring i had everything i needed.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, facilitating quick transport to the airport and city center. A large grocery store across the street was very convenient. The staff were courteous and helpful with directions. I found the Wi-Fi connection to be fast and reliable (I needed it for work).
I found the shower drain to be a bit clogged.

fine selection good bread nearby restaurants
The breakfast offered a fine selection of fruit and vegetables. It also included good bread and cold cuts. i found it quiet at night. good restaurants were nearby and within walking distance.
The reception staff seemed somewhat unhelpful. Answering queries seemed like a favor.

metro station useful supermarket helpful staff
the location was excellent, it was close to a metro station. a supermarket across the road proved very useful. the staff were helpful and readily provided assistance.
The walls were not soundproof. I could hear external noises occasionally.

clogged drain no water
i thought the room was alright, but i discovered a big issue. the shower drain wasn't draining properly and it was annoying. i had to make my showers quicker so the water didn't get all over the bathroom floor. also, i wanted to get water from the lobby later that night, but they didn't have any so i had to go out.
