The front desk held my luggage when i arrived early. they later called a few hours before check-in to say my room was ready. I found that very helpful. the location was excellent and very central to metro lines. I was able to navigate easily. the staff were always cute, and i thought they were very friendly.
the design wasn't my style. there are many other hotels nearby.

the staff offered proactive help, providing information and assistance whenever it was needed. they looked to be very attentive to guests, and always seemed ready to assist. i appreciated the personal approach.

the breakfast included fresh ginger and lemons, a nice touch for starting the day with warm water. the spread was expansive, offering options for various dietary needs. the breakfast hours were convenient, from 7 am to 11 am.

the location is on a quiet street just off the kurfurstendamm. savignyplatz s-bahn station is only a 5 minute walk away. uhlandstrasse u-bahn station is also within a 5 minute walk, but in the opposite direction.

The hotel is very clean. The staff is very friendly and professional. They create a cute atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent. I found the location to be perfect with convenient access to transportation.
The design of the room, with its open shower, was not entirely to my personal preference.
