The room was of a good size.
The pillows were not great. They seemed like the cheapest, lightweight pillows from ikea. the room had a broken window, the toilet barely worked, and the doors creaked. the towels seemed old and not of good quality..

The staff was helpful with directions. And local tips. the room was quiet and well-kept. i found the proximity to the tram line very convenient. It allowed easy access to various parts of the city. the included breakfast offered a good variety of choices, something i always appreciate.

The room was very clean and included everything one could need, for example coffee, tea, water, china cups, and a fridge.
The pillows were horrible. I think they were the cheapest, lightweight, empty-like pillows from IKEA. Tech maintenance in the rooms need improvement. My room had a broken window, a barely working toilet, and doors that creaked.

The tram station near the hotel proved really useful. It ensured quick access to different parts of the city. My room included modern bathroom, which I found to be immaculate.
The staff at the reception did not come across as particularly motivated. Perhaps this is only my impression. This was not clearly stated during the reservation process.
