beautiful decor large showers clean pools beach beds
the main lobby area displays beautiful decor. rooms include large showers and a vanity area. i found the pools clean. double beach beds are a great addition.
the pool bar was closed. i would have liked more variety of local cuisine.

Wow! What a place!
beach proximity friendly staff
The location rocks! It's super close to the beach, and the hotel is very comfortable with great options for restaurants. Everything was super clean and the staff were friendly. I really loved the pool area!

The room was very clean! It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The overall standard of the room is excellent, and I could see they really paid attention to detail. Breakfast was very good with fresh options too.

underwhelming stay with issues
flavorless pastries sewage smell
The breakfast buffet WAS a disappointment. The orange juice tasted watered down. pastries LACKED flavor and the fruit was sometimes not fresh. room 2139 smelled strongly of sewage despite reporting it several times. the bathroom had moldy sealant and a blocked sink. I was very frustrated

the hotel is in a great location near the beach. a wide promenade made for easy walking. many restaurants are nearby offering good choices.
The staff were rude. I cannot exactly explain why. the food at one of the restaurants tasted like garbage. the restaurant staff hurried us which i found unpleasant.

enjoyable stay, some minor issues
amazing staff great pools live singer
The reception staff, ali and hassan, gave amazing service. hotel pools looked great and i spent a good amount of time. the live singer singing michael buble songs, was excellent. I mistook it for the original at first. i consider visiting again, possibly the riu palace in taghazout.
