surprisingly good stay

i liked the warm and friendly staff, they remembered my drink at the pool bar. sun beds were well spread out and the dining hall was well organized. i appreciated the varied food, especially since it catered well for vegetarians and the chef was very helpful. pools were clean and the gardens were very green and bright.
The air conditioning was not very effective. The room didn't get as cool as i would have liked.

food had good quality and a big amount. staff worked friendly. the resort seemed safe with security present. drinks were good despite not being premium brands.
the hotel seemed to cater to only those who book with tui. i didn't knew about the tui blue app, which has details of the entertainment. i missed out on many amenities as a result.

The hotel was very clean. Plenty of pools and beds made relaxing easy. Food was abundant and very fresh. The staff were warm and friendly, doing their best to help.
Air conditioning was not effective. The room never got below 26 degrees at night, made sleeping uncomfortable. The rules for eating changed twice . The taxi I booked and paid for through the hotel was more than 30 minutes late!

i appreciate the friendly and helpful staff members. they were always available when needed. there were diverse pools and sun activities. i found the food was really good and varied . our room was superb with its spaciousness and design.
