I found this hotel convenient. the price was reasonable, especially considering the proximity to transport links. the location is excellent, near the central station, with a tram stop very close by. It made traveling very easy! also, a large supermarket is nearby, a great advantage.

my access code to the building did not work one of the days i was there. it was sorted quickly, though.

the room was quite spacious, definitely convenient for my short work trip. the bed was comfortable, i slept well. self-service luggage storage made things easier upon arrival, it was quite fast. free water, coffee, and tea were available in the lobby, i took advantage of that after checking out.

the pre-arrival registration process involved many emails requesting personal data, this felt a bit excessive.

the comfort double room included a large bed and a clean bathroom. a coffee machine and a kettle were in the room. the shower was spacious it had good water pressure.

The staff was friendly and helpful, they quickly resolved a minor issue i encountered with the door code. check-in is seamless, everything is done online. This allowed a direct room access upon arrival.

The location was convenient, close to the witte de withstraat with its dinner and drinks options. Though the parking was expensive! it was within walking distance of the city center and the erasmus university hospital.

The room included a Nespresso coffee maker, a safe, and an ironing board. The location was good. The shower had very good water pressure. I had no upstairs neighbours, that was a bonus!

The breakfast staff was not good. A lady on duty walked around with her phone stuck into her headscarf. I had to ask for a knife since there were none in the cutlery drawer. This lady should not be in a customer facing role.
