Awesome location rocks!

The staff is super lovely. I find that someone is always at the reception. They greeted me every time. They also gave great directions. I felt very comfortable there! The room was refreshed daily. All hotel people were nice and kind.
The walls are thin here. I could hear people talking. It was a bit too loud at night. I had to use earplugs.

The hotel is so close to the train station. I could find a grocery store nearby easily. It is also close to many facilities like vaporetto. I walked around and found nice establishments around.

EXCELLENT stay near the station!

This hotel is REALLY close to the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. They spoke Spanish, English, AND Italian! My room was super clean, well-furnished, and nicely organized. The shared bathroom was only shared with one other person, GREAT.
The bed was hard. This made it difficult to get comfortable and rest WELL.

The hotel has a well-kept courtyard at the front, perfect for enjoying a little picnic. There is also air conditioning in the rooms. This feature, and the temperature was easy to control.

I found a couple of things less than ideal. the room felt quite stuffy. Even with the window open, it was hard to get comfortable (i could really have used some ac). also, the noise at night was a problem. I could hear conversations and other sounds through the walls. it made getting a good night's sleep difficult.
