The views were indeed fine. The room overlooked the river.
The service did not fully meet expectations. I asked for a room with a balcony, but the receptionist seemed disinclined to move me. she made excuses about cleaning and suitability. this.

I drove from frankfurt to this place and it was a gorgeous stay. i booked a tower suite and the view was lovely. the staff spoke english. This helped me tremendously.
The rooms seemed a bit dated to me. i think they need a revamp. the shower did not work properly. That was an issue for me. the carpets in the hallway were worn through.

The location offered amazing views of the valley from the room i stayed in. The room, a junior suite, was large and quite comfortable. Insulation was very effective. I had quiet nights despite the road traffic below.
The lack of service was disappointing. The staff generally did not show a cute attitude. I found a wooden skewer under my food at the restaurant and the waitress dismissed it with a brief apology.
