superb stay
great locationspacious roomhelpful staffself-service hotel
the location allowed short walks to gion in just 15 minutes. the studio twin non smoking room felt spacious compared to other japanese hotels. the staff was quite helpful. online check-in with a code for the room access eliminated any need for keys.
i noticed the hotel operated very much on a self-service basis! when i needed more toilet paper i walked to the communal supply cart. a bit more proactive service would enhance the experience.

the washing machine provided much convenience! a café on the premises offered a relaxing space. the hotel also features a gym seeking fitness options, with modern exercise equipment.

this hotel is situated in a cute, quiet neighborhood. the convenient location allows walkable access to main streets and the kamogawa river. supermarket access made it simple to get everyday necessities.

the room was very spacious! i had a studio classic twin non smoking and it was super clean, so super clean and cozy i appreciated the room's size. the location is also superb!
My only slight issue involved the window. It was covered making the room quite dark during the day, which wasn't the best

The laundry facilities provided great convenience, and the luggage storage option allowed for extra exploration time. The hotel overall looked very new, well maintained, and also spotlessly clean! which is super important.

Breakfast could be ordered at a sister hotel nearby, this offered a convenient option. There was no minibar service available but this was perfect for a light snack.

The hotel is near many food options. It also has very short walk to subway station. This is a really easy 15 minute walk to popular shopping, dining and sightseeing hotspots, wow!
