Acceptable Hotel Experience
convenient location twin beds easy access missing medicine greasy remote limited amenities
The location was quite convenient. I had easy access to the sites I wanted to visit. Several restaurants were located nearby. The room was big enough for two twin beds.
The room cleaners disposed of my medicine. It was on the shelf (not marked for disposal). I received only a verbal apology in the end. The TV remote felt greasy and oily.

excellent stay!
public bath quiet rest area ice facilities
i found a lot to love about this place. the public bath was a huge plus after long days exploring. i really enjoyed the decor including the quiet rest area, it felt calming! the ice and drinks facilities added a nice touch of convenience too.
The tv remote was greasy. I wish it had been cleaned better.

Really good Hotel Experience!
spacious room daily cleaning relaxing garden well kept onsen
The room was quite spacious and meticulously cleaned daily. Fresh towels and hotel pajamas were provided each day. The lobby features a very beautiful and relaxing garden. I found the onsen to be well maintained and relaxing, offering soap, shampoo, conditioner, face wash, cleanser, and a hair dryer.
I noticed the absence of body lotion. when I purchased a breakfast ticket, availability was not checked, and most trays were empty upon arrival. There was only an apology, not a refund.

The staff members were very polite and helpful. They were responsive to requests. The front desk provided assistance with luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. Their attention to detail really added value to my stay here.

acceptable experience
beautiful hotel friendly staff convenient location missing lotion empty trays no refund
the hotel is beautiful. the lobby has a very nice decoration! you get everything you need from cleanliness to friendly staff. it is also located near bus stops.
there was no body lotion provided. i was sold a breakfast ticket, but no one checked if food was still available. when i got to the buffet, most of the trays were empty! they only apologised and did not offer a refund.
