Fantastic Pre-Cruise Hotel!

The hotel arranged transport from the airport, it was seamless! I got an upgrade to a suite, I was delighted. The balcony was huge and amazing. The entire hotel was very clean!!! Breakfast was very good, I particularly enjoyed the pastries.

The bed was firmer than I prefer, it impacted my sleep quality.

The staff was very friendly and cute. The front desk provided excellent tips for getting around the city. The hotel offers convenient shuttle services to the cruise terminal, I found this to be very helpful.
