The location is really fabulous. Breakfast included a full buffet. The staff are friendly and helpful. The church view from my room was beautiful.
The street was a bit noisy even with the windows closed.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at reception. They offered information about local attractions. i appreciated the central location, convenient for accessing various city spots. breakfast provided good variety to start the day. but the overall experience was good.

the hotel has a great location near trams trains and buses. everything was in walking distance. the bed was comfortable and the room was large. the room also had black out curtains which was great at the end of a long day.
the shower fitting was too high for me to reach. the room wasn't as well furnished as downstairs and wasn't as clean. there was no availability to make a hot drink in my room. nowhere in the hotel was there to get a drink.
