the staff are friendly and very helpful with inquiries. breakfast is plentiful and delicious. the location is convenient, with a wonderful restaurant within a 10 minute walk. it was a nice bonus.

The bed was uncomfortable. It reminded me of pure foam and was too low. there was only one thin pillow per person. the noise from the elevator and the lack of soundproofing on the entrance door made it hard to rest.
