fantastic stay
spacious room private bath convenient location
The executive twin room with open-air bath was spacious and comfortable. i especially enjoyed the private rooftop open-air bath. It was perfect for unwinding after a long day. i found the location convenient with nearby restaurants and shops. the bus and train station were also just a short walk away.
The check-in time at 5 pm was quite late. It caused some inconvenience upon my arrival.

The staff was professional and cute. They offered to store my bags while i explored the area. upon my return, my bags were already waiting for me in my room. I really appreciated that. it was a very thoughtful service.

There are many restaurants and shops very close to the hotel, made finding dining options simple. the immediate area allows for convenient access to food. You can easily walk there. i found great spots nearby!!!

decent stay with some drawbacks
comfortable bed provided yukata private onsen late check-in natural light slippery steps
the room was spacious and clean i appreciated the comfortable beds it was a superior twin room the hotel provided yukata pajamas and bathrobes i found that quite thoughtful the private indoor onsen bathtub was a highlight it was exactly what i booked.
the check-in time was late at 5 pm there was no natural light in the room the room felt somewhat dark and this might not suit everyone there were slippery steps near the bathroom

An okay stay
mineral water friendly staff wood bathtub basic soaps design qualities hot tub
The room included water and various robes. The wood bathtub had running hot springs mineral water. The staff members were friendly.
The exterior design was great but the inside lacked design qualities. I was not able to relax much in the hot tub. The soaps and tea offerings were basic for the price I paid.

An amazing stay!
spacious room minimalist decoration wooden onsen helpful staff
The room was spacious. The decoration was minimalist, but it offered everything needed! We also had robes and flip-flops. The wooden onsen used spring water. I found it very relaxing. The hotel is close to the rail station. The staff were very helpful!
The room was a bit dark, and I had some difficulty locating the entrance upon arrival.

The staff held our bags. This allowed us to explore without luggage. The check-in process was efficient. The staff provided clear directions. All requests were handled promptly and professionally.

The hotel restaurant offered an very nice sushi experience. The fish was fresh and the presentation was artistic. The restaurant offered an intimate atmosphere. I liked the quietness of the area.
