good surprise guest security
The breakfast omelets were a good surprise, prepared with just egg whites and salmon. The gym impressed me. there was concern for guest security with an X-ray machine at the entrance.
The Starbucks nearby permits smoking, and this limits the smoke-free seating in the entry foyer, not ideal.

friendly staff accommodating staff knowledgeable trainer
The staff were indeed very friendly and accommodating. Mahmoud Sayer gave A special welcome. Sami offered help during my gym sets, and his knowledge was really good.
I thought the drink prices were a little high.

The staff greeted guests with smiles, made A pleasant atmosphere. Omar and Gharal offered local options during breakfast, so I could try new things. Manar in guest relations was especially awesome (I liked her so much!).

The hotel provides secure surroundings for all guests. The pyramids are relatively close. It is also near the GEM museum, for those interested in Egyptian artifacts.

fresh pastries fruit selections modern equipment inadequate soundproofing high prices
the breakfast buffet features a excellent variety. i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and fruit selections, and the omelet station was also very good. the gym has modern equipment and offered enough machines for a full workout.
the soundproofing in the rooms is inadequate. i could hear noise from adjacent rooms and hallway traffic, this made it difficult to sleep soundly. the minibar prices are very high.
