The breakfast was excellent. It had a great variety and fresh ingredients. The staff was very attentive to the needs of all guests. Everything was well-stocked, though the dining area was clean. A perfect way to start the day!

The bed was indeed comfortable.
The check-in process was chaotic despite showing proof of payment I was double charged this situation was resolved only at checkout by a different staff member The room itself was not very clean and seemed quite outdated maintenance requested for faulty lights took 45 minutes and multiple calls Staff seemed generally disorganised
