The staff was friendly and helpful. Bassim Adel at reception was cute and helpful.
The hotel did not feel like a 5-star experience. Our renovated room had a broken door handle. the hot water in the shower was unpredictable. The water switched from hot to cold unexpectedly.

the food at the restaurant was delicious with great variety i arrived before the check in time staff managed to give me my room early the staff are friendly and helpful
the room was not resupplied with amenities during cleaning the room door was flimsy and let noise through i found no bidet shower in the bathroom

worn equipmentlimited buffet
the gym equipment felt old and worn. many machines seemed to be missing parts and some were out of order. also the advertised variety in the breakfast buffet was not there at all. the options remained almost the same for the duration of my stay and some items were consistently understocked
