I loved the multiple sports courts. There was even a climbing wall. the gym had good equipment and access to the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and plunge pool was included. i liked seeing the little farm. It was great that they grew their own foods!!!

the service across the hotel felt inconsistent, honestly. some staff were friendly, but others struggled with basic questions like directions to the pool toilets. the check-in service didn't meet my expectations for a five-star place, and some luggage was misplaced, requiring repeated explanations.

the resort grounds are expansive and well maintained we found several dining options available on site i particularly enjoyed the italian restaurant i had a large balcony that provided fine views the resort offers direct access to a clean beach.
i did notice that some of the furniture in the room showed slight signs of wear and tear it didn't detract significantly from my experience but it was noticeable.

the staff consistently provided prompt and courteous service i observed housekeeping ensuring all areas remained tidy the concierge efficiently arranged transportation i noticed staff speaking several languages.
