the hotel location is very convenient. i could walk to ben thanh market in minutes. the staff were super friendly and very helpful. there was a decent variety for breakfast.
the hotel price was a bit high. it was more expensive compared to other hotels in different cities.

the rooftop bar had really kind staff i appreciated stick and toby they were helpful and friendly also ken at the lobby was very helpful i felt very welcome. the room was very clean the bed was comfy with a range of pillows i can be picky with pillows.

This hotel's location made shopping easy. I got to every highlight. The staff provided clean rooms and good service. Afternoon tea was a treat, and the pool was adequate. I found the staff helpful and friendly.
The gym is small and rather run down, and the spa floor had a slightly depressing atmosphere.

The rooftop pool has limited space for sunbathing, so it may not accommodate many people at once. The extra-large bed in my room, along with a spacious bathroom and shower, contributed to a relaxing stay. I appreciated that.

Alice at the front desk was very sweet and helpful! She were very good too assist me with various tasks. She also booked a tour, ensuring all the details were in place. This saved me a lot of effort.

The hotel had a very good location! All the city's attractions were nearby. Ben Thanh Market is only a 5-6 minute walk away. Several shopping arcades are also accessible within 13 minutes by foot.

the buffet breakfast was really good.
The tv in the room i booked did not work. Faulty blinds were also present. the shower would not maintain a constant temperature. the gym was abysmal as it did not have towels or water available.

Really good Stay in the City Center

I was very impressed with the rooftop pool, offering amazing city views. The hotel staff were friendly, and they took great care of us. Breakfast had an very nice variety, I found myself wanting to start each day early. The hotel's central location made exploring easy. Many attractions were a short walk away.
The single elevator sometimes created a slight wait during peak hours.
