fantastic holiday with a friendly atmosphere
friendly atmosphere archery activity free shuttle irreplaceable memory
we had a wonderful time here the whole team ensures guests feel welcome the entertainment is endless with activities such as archery and volleyball free shuttle buses mean you can explore marrakesh stress free the hotel created irreplaceable memories.
some of the entertainment team seemed to favor certain guests which was obvious food choices for children were limited our room was dated with plug sockets hanging loose and a hole in the bathroom ceiling.

the hotel has heated pools the main pool has music and a lively vibe the adult pool is quiet enough for swimming daily activities are run well for organized tours.

the rooms include a mini fridge there are water stations in the hallway rooms are generally an ok size for three persons rooms are cleaned every day by capable housekeeping staff.

broken mini-fridge booked shuttle
i found a couple of issues . the mini-fridge in my room wasn't working properly, so my drinks didn't stay cold (i had to ask for ice multiple times). also, the advertised shuttle service to the city center was often fully booked. this lack of reliable transportation was frustrating, the shuttle bus should really run more frequently.

beautiful grounds tranquil atmosphere spacious rooms inconsistent service dirty balcony french emphasis
I enjoyed the hotel grounds. They were beautiful. gardens were maintained and there was a tranquil atmosphere. the zen pool was calm and relaxing. the rooms were very spacious and the air con was excellent.
The majority of staff seemed to engage primarily with french speaking guests. the service was inconsistent. Some tables received service while others were ignored. our balcony had bird droppings and a light switch that was never cleaned.

early noise limited drinks
The check-in process felt a bit unorganized upon arrival. My room was near a service area, so I experienced early morning noise from staff. This disturbed my sleep. I also noticed that the selection of drinks at the bar seemed limited. There was a lack of premium alcohol options. my stay did not match my expectations for service and relaxation.
