The main communal area is excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Draft pints tasted great served in frozen glasses, better than elsewhere in the city. The location proved central for exploring local attractions and sites.
The absence of readily available answers to advanced inquiries was a minor inconvenience. Contacting the hotel beforehand to confirm parking details yielded no response.

i found the architecture fine i appreciated the authentic decorative finishes the staff were cute they were always happy to provide perfect service the roof terraces were lovely i benefited from watching the sunsets the breakfast was very good with an excellent choice fresh orange juice stood out i happily recommend dishes needing advance preparation
i booked a standard room i found it small dark too dark to see some things clearly maintenance was an issue

The breakfast wasn't great. It lacked variety and quantity. Flies landed on uncovered food, so it was unpleasant. I found it unreasonable that I could not bring in my bottled water from outside. This policy should change.
