i appreciated the helpful staff and the convenient location. the breakfast had a good variety of options. i received a complimentary upgrade, a kind gesture. i was also granted a late check-out without extra charge.
the noise from the street was quite noticeable, especially at night (dogs barking a lot!).

the hotel is beautifully decorated throughout. the garden is well maintained with nice planning. the breakfast selection offered more than i expected.
value for money was not good. i found the spa not accessible unless i booked a massage. i had to pay extra per day which was surprising.
