the breakfast selection had many choices. the heated pool were great and available sun-beds was plentiful. the room was super clean, also modern shower room was there. reception team were friendly and i got warmly greeted.

the food i ate was not hot or fresh. food variety and seasoning needs improving. some dishes were oily, also some food was not quickly replenished. i have had to wait for tables to be cleared at busy times.

i loved the super clean condition of the entire place. every staff member provided excellent service (especially the bar staff at night!). the pool bar offered self-service juice and coffee, which i found super convenient.

the hotel didn't provide a map upon check-in. it's a big complex, so a map would really help guests find their way around. i think that is something they should improve.

the hotel features a heated pool that was a must for me. there were plenty of sun loungers available, so finding a spot was never a problem, even when i arrived later in the morning and also enjoyed dips in the sea.
