solid stay at good value
clean room large bed efficient air conditioning excellent water pressure
the room was clean upon arrival. The bed was large. A good-sized television was mounted on the wall. I found the air conditioning to work very efficiently. The shower had excellent water pressure and temperature.
The gym equipment is quite basic. I think a few more machines could enhance the experience

non-operating tv poor view
The TV did not operate on channels 7 and 9. I wanted to watch the cricket test but could not because the channels were not working. Staff tried to fix it without success. I am not sure why I paid extra for an upgrade, my view was only of some buildings.

the location allowed easy access to the mall. i easily found bus services. the staff was helpful and friendly , answering all my questions. the blackout blind was really good at keeping the room dark.
i found the street noise to be a little loud at times , but it was manageable.

the hotel provides luggage storage , which was very useful when i arrived early before check-in and also when i had a late flight after checking out , allowing me to explore without my bags.
