A Wonderful Experience!

the service was really good! i accidentally left my ipad in the safety locker, but the staff were so helpful and sent it back to me quickly. i needed it for my work, so i was very grateful. also, parking was easy. i found a free spot right out front on saturday.
i wish there were coffee facilities in the room. i like to have a cup first thing in the morning before i get ready for the day!

The room was cosy and the bed was comfortable! The room and the hotel in general were both clean and pleasant. The staff was kind and always ready to help me, and the hotel itself was quiet, which I appreciated. I found the early check-in option especially useful.
The room was somewhat warm, and I had to turn on the fan to get comfortable. Getting extra towels or soap took a little effort.

The Double Room included blackout curtains, ensuring a restful sleep, and the air conditioning worked very well. The soundproofing was effective. I did not hear any noise from neighboring rooms. The bathroom featured a walk-in shower.

the hotel was easy to locate. public transportation provided straightforward access to the city center. i found the staff very friendly. the hotel offered a lot of useful information about the surrounding area.
i noticed a slight lack of soundproofing. i could hear doors closing at night.

The soundproofing was unacceptable. I could hear other people's doors closing all night. the room felt small and dated. the bathroom reminded me more of a train bathroom than a hotel one.

The room seemed alright initially. i soon noticed a very big step to enter the bathroom. it proved quite an obstacle and was genuinely dangerous. also, they were stingy with towels. Only bath towels were provided initially.
