decent stay close to the station
clean room spacious room good bed unsafe area digital key unsealed bottle
The room was clean and quite spacious. the bed was very good. I slept well. the location is very convenient being close to the central station.
The area around the hotel didn't feel very safe at night. my digital key didn't work right away. I needed to go to reception. the free water bottle in the room was not sealed.

Excellent Amenities Near Central Station
convenient location quiet room varied breakfast friendly staff
The hotel is near the main station, so connections to Schiphol airport is easy. My room was clean, quiet, and I enjoyed a good night's sleep. The breakfast had good variety. All staff was friendly, so I felt welcome.
The window in my room did not open. This gave me a slight feeling of being enclosed during the night.

The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area provides twenty loungers and a shaded section for relaxation, so guests are comfortable and able to use the hotel facilities without issue.

The room seemed a bit worn. i noticed stains on the chair, it wasn't very appealing. also, the staff told us no housekeeping was available that night, so we couldn't get fresh linens. It was frustrating.

Good Stay in Central Location
spacious room personal touch
The hotel stands conveniently near the train station. The room was spacious and very clean. I especially appreciated the large walk-in shower in the bathroom. Breakfast requests were remembered daily.
The air conditioning turned off unexpectedly at times. This made the room stuffy and affected sleep quality, especially since the windows cannot be opened. Using phones as room keys was also occasionally difficult.

The breakfast buffet had an amazing variety of choices. Orders were adapted to children's preferences. The staff was friendly. The quality and presentation stood out.

The hotel is only a few minutes walk to the central station. The main shopping area is about 5 minutes away. This makes it convenient for transportation and access to the city's attractions.

The staff was nice and very friendly to children. They fulfilled all requests regarding room cleaning. They also remembered our breakfast orders. Their attentiveness was amazing.

the staff was really friendly and helpful the hotel offers a convenient bike rental service i found a good pizza place just opposite the hotel the room had comfortable features
the room lacked opening windows which was a bit limiting for fresh air
