The room seemed a bit worn. i noticed stains on the chair, it wasn't very appealing. also, the staff told us no housekeeping was available that night, so we couldn't get fresh linens. It was frustrating.

The hotel stands conveniently near the train station. The room was spacious and very clean. I especially appreciated the large walk-in shower in the bathroom. Breakfast requests were remembered daily.
The air conditioning turned off unexpectedly at times. This made the room stuffy and affected sleep quality, especially since the windows cannot be opened. Using phones as room keys was also occasionally difficult.

The breakfast buffet had an amazing variety of choices. Orders were adapted to children's preferences. The staff was friendly. The quality and presentation stood out.

The staff was nice and very friendly to children. They fulfilled all requests regarding room cleaning. They also remembered our breakfast orders. Their attentiveness was amazing.
