Amazing Stay!!!

The location was very convenient. It was easy to walk to most attractions. I felt okay all time because the entrance was locked 24/7. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They stored my luggage before check-in and after check-out,. My room was awesome, spacious and very clean. I had a tub and a rainfall shower, so exciting!!!
The room was a little small compared to what the pictures portrayed on the website.

the staff were friendly and helpful . the wifi connection was reliable throughout the hotel. the location was convenient for accessing museums and concert venues. it was easy to walk to several places of interest.
my room was located in the basement, and it felt quite cold. the heating system did not seem to function properly in my room. the bed was not very comfortable because it reminded me of sleeping on a duvet.

I found the staff to be very helpful. They offered many recommendations for local restaurants. The location suited my travel needs, and it was close to the museums and Vondelpark. It was a great area. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
The bathtub drained a bit slowly. It was a very slight issue.

The room provided a separate wash basin alongside a rainfall shower. Lighting was plentiful, and the beds were comfy with lovely bedding. I found two separate sinks, which helped streamline our morning routine.
