the hotel is located very close to a tram stop making travel easy the self check-in system worked well it was very straightforward i found the eco-friendly initiatives throughout the hotel commendable the staff offered helpful service .
i noticed some minor dust on shelves in the room which could use a little more attention.

i found the temperature controls hard to manage. the air conditioning did not adjust easily. this made it difficult to maintain a consistently comfortable environment.

the location was good for using the tram system. check-in was easy via the app.
the room was not cleaned properly . the bed squeaked badly, i found it very uncomfortable. cleaning was subpar, it consisted solely of making the bed and refilling towels.
