awesome locationquirky decorfriendly staff
This hotel location is awesome, a short walk to everything. the decor is quirky. it is clean, warm and renovated. the staff are very friendly. They were helpful with our bags, that was a nice service.
The rooms have very poor noise insulation. I could hear the people next door.

The hotel is centrally located near the main attractions. It provides supreme access to many key sites. several transport options are also available nearby, including trams and metro, facilitating travel. many shops and restaurants surround the area.

The hotel provides luggage storage. I could leave my bags securely. complimentary snacks are available in the lobby. This was a nice touch. daily housekeeping ensures the spaces are clean and tidy.

The staff are very friendly and cute. They could not do enough for me. the service was very attentive, and all my requests were handled efficiently. the front desk staff were always available.

the room was decorated in a very engaging way, and the bed was super comfortable! a shower was included, this was quite a nice feature, and it all felt clean and updated. rooms have tricky stairs so pack light.

The breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety available each morning. fresh products were part of the breakfast buffet, providing options. the coffee was great in each room, it added a nice perk to mornings.

the hotel is well kept the area is walkable and very clean the staff showed care for all guests staying there the breakfast met expectations it had a nice selection of food items the triple room was spacious it had comfortable beds.
the hotel did not have enough christmas decoration.

The room decor was stylish. i found complimentary non-alcoholic drinks in the fridge , a nice touch. breakfast offered many choices. I especially liked the eggs cooked to order.

The location was central, a convenient factor. the breakfast included pancakes and sausage. the front desk staff were friendly. They were also professional.
my room was cold, the air conditioner did not provide much heat. the toilet was difficult to access because the room was small. the price did not justify the value.
