The breakfast offered plenty of choices and I especially liked the option to make my own waffles. The subway is very close by. This made getting around the city easy. The hotel staff was excellent. They were friendly and professional.
The rooms were too small. This was a significant issue. The toilet did not flush properly and that was unhygienic. There were no hooks to hang coats and the one hook in the bathroom fell off the wall when I tried to hang a towel.

THE location IS fantastic, with a metro station right across the streetwith quick access to the city. My room HAD excellent blackout blinds, so I could sleep well.
THE room WAS a little small. THERE was not much space to move around comfortably.

The room size was disappointing it felt cramped moreover there were no provisions for making tea or coffee the lack of a safe or fridge was inconvenient I found this unacceptable given the price point

the room was clean enough and that was acceptable.
soundproofing was really bad. i could hear everything from the hallway. the bed was two twins pushed together and it wasn't very comfortable. i really didn't get a good night sleep.

I think they should tell people how small their rooms are. There were no basic facilities like tea and coffee.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Fresh towels and a hairdryer were provided. The hotel is close to the metro line with frequent trains to the city center. The metro journey to the center took only about 25 minutes, convenient.
The lighting in the room was quite dim, making it feel a little dark.
