The staff were super nice and helpful. They were always ready to assist with a smile. i found the location amazing, with the metro station just a few meters from the hotel. i liked the cozy and clean room, especially the decent view that added a nice touch to my stay.
i found that the hotel lacked face towels.

I checked in easily and found the staff very polite. The room had a very clean bathroom. The shower was awesome. I enjoyed the breakfast. There was a large choice of food. The hotel location near the metro station was very convenient.
There was TOO little space for suitcases.

The location proved very convenient. It was only a minute's walk to the metro station. The employees I encountered were helpful with directions. The room was also warm, which I appreciated given the cooler weather outside.
The air conditioning in my room started to leak overnight, around 1 AM. The staff working that night was friendly and immediately moved me to another room! Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working in the new room either, though it was quite warm outside..
