the front desk staff was helpful. roberto was especially friendly. the hotel's location allowed for easy walking to major attractions. there are many nice restaurants nearby too.
the room felt dated. the safe did not work upon arrival. the bathroom door also had latching issues.

the bus stop outside made getting to the train station very easy i found the staff gave helpful advice for visiting the city. the room had enough space i appreciated that the bathroom should be remodeled
the hotel didn't have a coffee machine so getting a simple coffee wasn't possible
