the front office staff, especially su, helped me. she gave me the room earlier, so i did not wait long. the location has great access to transport, shopping, and dining. glass-bottled water was provided as part of their eco-friendly practice.
i was disturbed twice regarding my late checkout, even after paying the fee. i found this unprofessional, especially as i was trying to relax before my journey.

the hotel is in a fantastic location near transport, shopping, and dining areas (everything is within walking distance). the atmosphere around the hotel is quite lively. a metro station is next to the hotel providing easy transfers.

the check-in and check-out procedures were flawless. the staff are polite and accommodating, which makes arrivals and departures easy. the doorman also helps with luggage out of taxis and gets taxis for airport transfers.

a variety of breakfast options were available daily. the food at the restaurant was excellent. the breakfast buffet looked fresh. i also saw glass bottled water provided.
