i found the location really convenient it had great access to local attractions. the attached mall was useful for shopping i got everything i needed easily. also the staff were very attentive they addressed all my queries quickly and efficiently.

i noticed a slight delay during check-in but it was quickly resolved.

the classic king room had a comfortable king-size bed the linens were soft. there was also a well-stocked minibar available for refreshments it had a nice selection of drinks. i found the room very relaxing after a long day.

i stayed in the hotel for a week. i was charmed by the room attendant yogesh who always took care of our room. he always had a smiling face. i appreciate the hotel has a mall that is SO close. my stay was great!

the only problem was the coffeeshop. i was SUPPOSED to get a discount but they did not approve it. the name was khalid. he did not accepted it. i hope this gets solved.
