inconsistent SERVICE marred the stay
dirty balconypool privacy
this PLACE, it gave mixed signals. i found the room less than super clean on arrival. some bathroom areas were not properly cleaned and showed hair. i also had a tough time at the sky pool. non-guests were present. they were recording videos, which ruined THE privacy.

Really good Stay with Great Amenities

The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I appreciated the variety. The infinity pool on the 54th floor was very clean. The breakfast selection was diverse, it included both local and international options, a really good start to the day.
My only issue involved a delay when checking out. I waited about half an hour to receive the correct amount from my security deposit.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city center, so getting around was super easy. RTA access is only a few steps away. There were many restaurants and shops within walking distance.
