i loved the friendly staff they were very helpful all the time. the pool and beach area is so beautiful i spent most of my time there. the indian restaurant on the 15th floor called khyber served amazing food i really enjoyed the view there also
the carpet in my room had some noticeable stains i noticed them immediately. the light switches and air conditioning were difficult to use it took some time to figure it out. i thought the gym was a little small it got crowded fast

the hotel location is great. i found a mall across the street and getting taxis was easy. the hotel has indoor and outdoor pools. those were excellent and well maintained.
the rooms felt old. the shower had low water pressure. i also noticed an unpleasant smell in the room.

the staff was helpful. Kevin was very kind. the staff provided excellent welcome On arrival and during check in, also throughout my stay.

there are excellent options for swimming. the outdoor pool is very large and presents nice views of the sea. the hotel has an indoor pool and a private beach. there are enough sun loungers.

broken television warm drinks
The TV in my room did not work for five days. It was only changed near the end of my trip I went to a BBQ night advertised to last until 10:30 PM but the food was gone by 9:15 PM. The drinks I paid for were warm unless they were bottled beers served in an ice bucket.

Fantastic Stay at This Gem!
amazing breakfast clean room enjoyable pool kind staff
I really enjoyed the breakfast! So many options are available. The room was clean. I appreciated the pool and beach areas. Staff members are kind and nice. Special thanks go to Josh for his excellent service. He really took care of us, and so did everyone else!
The bathroom felt a little tired. The food temperature was not always hot enough at the buffet.

The room features a comfortable bed plus ample wardrobe space, great. A nice bathroom is also included. I appreciated the quiet, dark rooms, especially at night.

The hotel has a great location for exploring the Palm. Many bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Nakheel Mall is just opposite the hotel, and it is accessible by walking.
