the hotel location is great. i found a mall across the street and getting taxis was easy. the hotel has indoor and outdoor pools. those were excellent and well maintained.

the rooms felt old. the shower had low water pressure. i also noticed an unpleasant smell in the room.

The TV in my room did not work for five days. It was only changed near the end of my trip I went to a BBQ night advertised to last until 10:30 PM but the food was gone by 9:15 PM. The drinks I paid for were warm unless they were bottled beers served in an ice bucket.

Fantastic Stay at This Gem!

I really enjoyed the breakfast! So many options are available. The room was clean. I appreciated the pool and beach areas. Staff members are kind and nice. Special thanks go to Josh for his excellent service. He really took care of us, and so did everyone else!

The bathroom felt a little tired. The food temperature was not always hot enough at the buffet.
