a serene escape
easy access friendly service complimentary snacks consistent attention
The location offered easy access. staff offered friendly service throughout my short stay. the complimentary snacks was good. the room was serviced daily. I found this consistent attention to detail wonderful.
The shared iron was located a bit far from the room. This caused slight inconvenience when i needed to quickly freshen my clothes.

the location was acceptable as it was close to attractions.
the room was rather small. the wardrobe provided little storage space, limiting the ability to keep my belongings organized. furthermore, the bathroom was tiny, with no space for towels or clothes.

amazing location daily room service helpful staff
The location was amazing. I could walk easily to many attractions. The room was clean and room service came daily (a good surprise!). Staff were very helpful and kind . I particularly appreciated the central location.
The room was a bit small. It felt rather cramped with luggage.

great location, clean rooms
clean rooms prime location room service
the hotel provided clean rooms with all necessary amenities. its prime location allowed us to walk to all attractions. we also enjoyed the convenience of having whatever we needed delivered directly to the room. i would certainly book this location again.
the incessant noise from outside persisted throughout the night. this made restful sleep quite difficult. keeping the window open was not an option due to the room's stuffiness.

central location varied breakfast lovely staff great decor
The location is superb! it is right off the royal mile and near everything i wanted to see. the breakfast was great, a real treat with so much choice! i found the staff to be so lovely. They were always helpful and friendly. the decor was also very lovely and had everything we required.
the wifi connection wasn't the strongest, but it didn't affect my stay that much!
