The location was definitely key. It's right off the Royal Mile, i was charmed. The staff was friendly and helpful . The building was very clean (it made a wonderful impression!).

The room was really small, i think. Also the bathroom. The fire alarm sounded one morning with no clear reason. I didn't get any explanation, worrying.

The shared iron was located a bit far from the room. This caused slight inconvenience when i needed to quickly freshen my clothes.

the hotel provided clean rooms with all necessary amenities. its prime location allowed us to walk to all attractions. we also enjoyed the convenience of having whatever we needed delivered directly to the room. i would certainly book this location again.

the incessant noise from outside persisted throughout the night. this made restful sleep quite difficult. keeping the window open was not an option due to the room's stuffiness.

The location is superb! it is right off the royal mile and near everything i wanted to see. the breakfast was great, a real treat with so much choice! i found the staff to be so lovely. They were always helpful and friendly. the decor was also very lovely and had everything we required.

the wifi connection wasn't the strongest, but it didn't affect my stay that much!
