great stay!
helpful staff clean room easy check-in
The staff were so helpful. the rooms are clean and new. breakfast was available early. i greatly appreciated the easy check-in process. It was seamless and quick!
Some minor issues happened! the shower gel bottle was empty. It was not refilled .

the queen bed was comfortable. the room included innovative lighting. discreet floor-level lighting allowed movement at night. this prevented disturbing others. the room provided a relaxing environment.

breakfast started early. it was available from 6am to 10am daily. the breakfast selection accommodated dietary requirements. fruit salad had fresh fruit. the bar offered great service. it was nice.

the hotel is near many points of interest. the royal mile is easily accessible. it is a short walk. access to buses is also simple. this helped us explore everything!

Fantastic Fun-Filled Stay
clean room lobby games crafted cocktails helpful staff
My room was impressively clean upon arrival. The hotel features games in the lobby. This was a great addition. The cocktails at both bars were expertly crafted and lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The bar food quality and variety were a bit disappointing! It would be nice to see more options and higher quality ingredients, I think.

My room featured a queen bed. The room had modern decor with sufficient space for luggage. The bathroom included complimentary toiletries. This was a nice touch after a long day.

small room uncomfortable mattress
The room was small. there was little storage space. the bed mattress also felt uncomfortable. I did not sleep straight all the time. the payment on check-in included an extra charge and it remained on my card for too long.
