poor optionsrestrictive policy

The evening meal proved very disappointing. Vegetarian options were poor. I experienced a substantial wait at the bar to order drinks. A better system for overnight guests is necessary! Adding drinks and meals to the room bill was impossible. Payment was required immediately. This policy felt needlessly restrictive.

The inn has a great location beside the loch. The staff members were very helpful . The bar area felt cute with many drink options. The restaurant offered a varied menu with tasty food. I enjoyed that.

The bathroom in my room looked somewhat aged, but everything was functional.

The location offered proximity to points of interest. The staff demonstrated friendliness and willingness to assist guests. I found the bar well-stocked with diverse beers and whiskies. The breakfast included generous and well-prepared options.

The customer service line seemed inadequate. Contacting the hotel directly proved challenging. The room, specifically, lacked cleanliness (I saw mold in the bathroom). The tables in the restaurant and pub felt sticky to the touch.
