The location is excellent. It is a short walk to the main railway station. Madison shopping center is nearby and offers essential shops (very useful for forgotten items). A launderette is conveniently located next to the shopping center.
The temperature control in the room was limited.

the hotel is conveniently situated for a short walk to the main railway station. The city centre is also within easy reach. Plenty of shops are nearby and there is a shopping centre just up the street. I found a useful launderette at the side of the shopping centre.
The air conditioning seemed to turn off automatically after 3 hours. I had to switch it on again. It was slightly inconvenient at night.

the hotel is conveniently located near several tourist attractions, including the Museum of World War 2. The main high street and basilica mariacka are also within a short walking distance. This makes exploring easy!

i found the hotel's location excellent, a short walk to key attractions. the rooms were very clean and modern, exactly what i expect. the staff was friendly and accommodating (i especially appreciated the quick check-in). the water machine in the hall was also convenient.
the air conditioning emitted cold air constantly, even after adjustments. the music from the bar was audible late at night, a bit disruptive.

shower temperaturethin toilet paper
the shower temperature was a PROBLEM. i struggled to find a medium temperature setting. it was either cold or hot. the toilet paper was TOO thin, that i didn't like IT. This really took away from what COULD have been a more pleasant experience.
