convenient location and friendly service
friendly staff clean room fresh towels
the staff was friendly and straightforward in their communication , which i appreciated. their honest approach made check-in and any interactions smooth and pleasant. the room was nice and neat , , made a great impression right away. fresh towels and a good selection of toiletries were all provided in the bathroom.
the mattresses on the beds were initially too soft by far , really bad for anyone's back. we discovered only accidentally that the mattress at the top can be removed. the mattress underneath was not ideal but just about right.
