The underground car park entrance was difficult to locate. Contacting the hotel via speakerphone was necessary for access. Better pre-arrival instructions are needed.

The location near the ferry was fine. The breakfast was decent (though I wouldn't call it amazing).
I received a room that was already occupied. Awkward is an understatement. The toilet was also far too small for anyone of size to use. The restaurant service was dreadful. I nearly walked out before my meal finally arrived.

i found the breakfast very good with a great choice of fresh fruit. non-dairy milk was available. i liked the pleasant reception area. it had relaxing surroundings and a nice fitness suite.
the bedroom was very small. it felt cramped with little storage space for clothes. the shower tend to flood onto the floor. this made it difficult to move around.
