the location IS good because it's near the city center. the staff WAS friendly and helpful during check-in. the room WAS clean and had a comfortable bed.
the air conditioning DIDN'T work well, so the room was too warm. i ALSO noticed some noise from the street outside. the breakfast buffet WASN'T included and seemed a bit expensive.

The location was great. it was an easy walk to the city centre and also close to the train station. This made getting around quite convenient. the breakfast was also good, it had a nice selection of items to choose from. finally, the staff were friendly and helpful.
