the location was close to metro line 1 this was very convenient. There were great food shops right on the street they even had a fantastic bakery. The beds felt very comfy I slept very well.
the room i stayed in was very small and without air conditioning. A FAN was provided but it was hot. I needed to keep the windows open and there was noise from roadworks starting early. the staff did not offer solutions.

The staff was excellent. I found them very helpful (even when i was being a pain).
the room was quite small, and the lack of air conditioning was a problem. they gave me a fan, but with temperatures hitting 30 degrees, it hardly helped. the roadworks started at 6 am just outside the window, so sleeping was hard.
