CHECK in was smooth and quick. THE helpful staff extended my checkout. The room was very clean and spacious. The shower had awesome pressure.

The hotel's location was quite convenient for accessing public transport. I appreciated the close proximity to the train station. The room also had a functional layout and it had a good work desk. Staff promptly addressed a minor issue I raised.
The bathroom had limited counter space , made it hard to manage toiletries. I noticed the air conditioning unit cycled loudly. Housekeeping missed replenishing coffee supplies one morning. The gym equipment seemed a bit dated.

the location proved convenient to city centre. staff at reception were professional.
the room, a beautiful corner king room city view, presented several issues. the air conditioning malfunctioned, it failed to maintain a consistent temperature. furthermore, the minibar was not stocked upon arrival and i had to call room service.

I appreciated the central location. It made getting around quite easy.
The room was not as clean as i expected. there was noticeable dust on surfaces and some grime in the bathroom corners. It felt a bit neglected. also, the noise levels were SUBSTANTIAL. I could hear street noise late into the night and early in the morning.
